C5 Organizational Consulting™ Advisory Board
C5 Organizational Consulting™ is forming its inaugural Advisory Board to bring together professionals and community leaders from diverse sectors who can provide strategic insight, professional perspective, and subject-matter expertise as C5 continues to grow its services, partnerships, programs, and organizational impact.
The Advisory Board will serve as a thought-partner body to the Founder & CEO of C5 Organizational Consulting™, offering insight into emerging workforce needs, education and career-readiness programming, human resources and organizational practices, compliance, workforce development, community partnerships, business growth, and opportunities for collaboration.
The Advisory Board is a consultative, non-governing body. Members do not hold fiduciary responsibility, corporate decision-making authority, banking authority, contracting authority, or ownership rights in C5 Organizational Consulting™.
Final business, financial, operational, contractual, and strategic authority remains with C5 Organizational Consulting™ and its Founder & CEO.

C5 is seeking individuals interested in serving in the following inaugural Advisory Board leadership roles:
Provides leadership to the Advisory Board, partners with the Founder & CEO on meeting agendas, facilitates meetings, supports member engagement, and keeps the Board focused on its advisory purpose.
Supports the Chair, facilitates meetings in the Chair’s absence, assists with member engagement, and may lead special initiatives or working groups.
Supports accurate documentation of Advisory Board meetings, maintains attendance and meeting records, and assists with the distribution of agendas, minutes, and Advisory Board materials.
Provides an advisory perspective on business sustainability, financial planning, pricing strategy, growth considerations, and the financial implications of C5 initiatives.
The Treasurer & Financial Strategy Advisor does not have custody of C5 funds, access to C5 bank accounts, or financial control over C5 Organizational Consulting™.
Members may also be invited to provide occasional feedback between meetings, review selected C5 initiatives, contribute to short-term working groups, or make introductions that support C5 partnerships and program development.
